Asbestos rubber sheet (paronite) is designed as light duty gasket material. It is a compressed mixture based on chrysotile asbestos fibers, synthetic rubber or natural rubber, sulfur and other modifying additives. It can be found in sealing water, stream, salt solutions and water-based solution.
Asbestos rubber sheet (paronite) is fabricated in sheets and can be cut to any size for its good machinability. Its working temperature ranges from -60°C to 450°C.
