Asbestos cement pipes are made of high-grade cement reinforced by 10% -15% chrysotile. They are still in great grade in construction, electric cable pipes, and industries, for their good properties of long life span, low thermal conductivity, durability, high heat and acid resistance, ease of installation as well as affordability.
For different proposes, they can be divided into three types: non-pressure, pressure and cable pipes.
Non-pressure asbestos cement pipe is often used in chimneys, drainage systems, wiring and construction fencing.
Pressure-free pipes comes with the diameters of 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 , 500 mm and lengths of 3950 and 5000mm.
Pressure asbestos cement pipes are available for transportation, industrial and drinking water (cold or hot), water supply, ventilation and garbage disposal and so on.
Pressure pipes are available in diameters of 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500mm and lengths in 4000, 5000 mm.
Asbestos cement cable protective pipe is characterized by high heat resistance (1500°C), good heat dissipation, acid and alkali resistance, non-magnetic, smooth wall with the friction efficient less than 0.3, and easy machinability. When laid under the earth, electric cable pipe will be hardened by the humid earth and its strength will be raised. Its service period can reach 100 years. Three classes cable protective pipes are at stock - Class A, Class B, and Class C.
